Come join us for competitive swimming practices. Practices will be held at Ames High School swimming pool Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8-9 pm. If you are competing in swimming for Summer Games, you cannot compete in Track and Field as well, since they are on the same day. Area competition is in Marshalltown on April 13 and State competition is in Ames on May 24 and May 25.

In order to compete in this sport, you will need a Special Olympics Medical Form that does not expire before April 13. Special Olympics Medical Form
