Nutrition Class

Our Nutritional Class meets on Wednesday nights from 4:30-5:30pm at First United Methodist Church, 516 Kellogg Ave. This is a student-led wellness program taught by Iowa State student, Kelsey Finn, with collaboration from Steph McMillan. They will be working with us to talk about how to make healthy choices, taking field trips to local resources, and making goals. Please pay close attention to our weekly emails to see location changes for when we take field trips to tour grocery stores, Food at First, etc.
