The 6th annual Iowa Able Run is a 2.5K, 5K, & 10K Walk/Run/Roll and Kids Fun Run. This event is held on June 22, 2019 at the Ada Hayden Heritage Park in Ames, Iowa. In addition to the run, a silent auction, food, vendors, and much more will be included. Proceeds from this event support our mission to empower Iowans with disabilities, their families and the aging to achieve and maintain independence through lending, educating, and advancing.
